Southeast Greenway Trail Connector

Summary of Project

A Greenway trail connector across the Union Pacific Railroad tracks from the Sun Valley neighborhood to other existing and planned Greenway facilities near Campstool Road, Burlington Trail and HR Ranch Road has been identified as a priority by Greenway users.

The Cheyenne MPO has undertaken this planning effort to determine the optimal location for this Greenway connector.

Consideration is being given to the destination desires of Greenway users, ease of use of the proposed crossing and projected cost of the crossing.  The crossing must be ADA accessible which will require long approach ramps to and from the crossing.
